Helping students learn so that they may become productive, creative, ethical, engaged citizens and leaders.
Goals
Students, faculty and staff will find an improved climate for learning as
UCO moves forward with its continuous improvement efforts. UCO will
use a self-study process based on the Baldrige principles and criteria (as
those principles and criteria are shared with the AQIP process). The self-
study will be conducted using the processes outlined by the Oklahoma
Quality Award Foundation. Opportunities for improvement (OFIs) will be
prioritized and submitted to appropriate groups, such as CIT and the
ExComm, for study action.
